i DON'T think so, according to Rev Ont: RST=PST charged by ont. gov.
GST =general sales tax charged by Fed gov.

You are right. HST=GST. RST=PST. But I meant if you do export, there is no PST involved.

Now I hear what you are saying. You are right, no PST for export, since the product is not gonna consumed in Ontario. In addition, if my supplier is in another province, say Quebec, he is not gonna charge me QST. in a nutshell, PST is only charged on products which are consumed in the province where your company operates. Thanks fo r clarification

1. You have to pay GST to your suppliers. 2. Since you will export all your goods out of CA, you can claim your GST back from government. 3. Bring your GST number & registerd corporation documents, fill out a form named Goods and Services Tax Registration Form at one of the Tax Centre, you can get a GST licence, which will help you claim your tax back.
Please call Revenue Canada for more information, good luck.
