SHORTLIST就是筛选后的名单，一般控制在3-5人左右。恭喜你在第一轮胜出，两周内他们会答复你的。但是现在看不出有多大的录用可能，因为你不知道你的竞争对手，也不知道你在shortlist上排第几。

这不是万里长征的第一步，而是最后评判阶段。不知道在这种时候，通过email补充一些你在面试的时候没有机会显露的才能，是否会影响他们的录用决定。纯粹是想法，你可以征求一下其他人的意见。

sorry, I thought you got the message after sending your resume. Anyway, it means you have an another opportunity to "show off" yourself.Try to get more information about the project or the department you probabaly will involve in future. I believe that you can impress the interviewers deeply by talking about your opinion and plan about the projects and department in details.

Thank you, guys!!Thank you for your supports. I am still waiting for their final result. I was told there would be no further interviews so I do not know what I can do at this moment. I just do not understand why they notify me if they just put me in the 'shortlist' without any hiring decision. I know that there will be about 30 positions there this year and 150 person are invited the on-site interview.
Anyway, thank you so much for your attention. I will give an update when I get the result.
