That was what LZ did, i.e. Share what TA knew. TA is showing ONE angle but you consider TA was over stating therefore you are trying to under state it.

怕引起误会，再多说两句，金融一般指与投资，银行，证券相关。我的帖子里不涉及这类金融。除上市公司涉及到股市证券外，其他公司的融资最多的是loan and debt。中小公司之间的并购也很普遍，并不全都需要MBA来插一脚。
