工作学习 / 事业与工作 / 各位大虾,请问签了工作OFFER之后,可不可以取消不干了??/本人得到一个工作OFFER,将与下星期二签合同,但本人可能拿到另一个工作机会,但还没有拿到OFFER,我比较喜欢这第二个.我怕如果第一个工作签了合同,第二个又来OFFER,会后悔,如果一个不要,第二个又没有来OFFER,那就鸡飞蛋打.
所以请问,签了工作合同之后,可不可以取消不干了???

I am not sure. But you can try to push the second employer. Tell them you already got an offer, but you prefer theirs. Ask them for a quick final decision

合同一般都有个试用期，比如3个月，在此期间双方解除合同是不需要提前通知或理由的。供参考，以你要签的offer为准。

建议你直接打电话给第2家公司， 告诉你已经有人给OFFER， 让他给你个答复， 我自己就遇见过这事， 因为下岗再就业的心态比较急，所以第一个OFFER来了就签了， 等第2个来的时候，不地不打电话取消第一个， 失信的滋味是很难受的
