Why not? I heard I can use this to report education and tuition fee. Is that right?

You may not able to deduct CSC tuituion as it's a part time course without T2202 slip. But you can calculate part time education and textbook amount for year 2008, it is education amount of $120 plus textbook amount of $20 per month.Check sch. 11 on T1 when you fill your tax return.

Thank you very much. But I can download tax receipt from the website. If I have this receipt, I can claim the education and tuition.

It's either form T2202 or an official tax receipt. CSC provide official tax receipt. So you can claim it.

It's T1 form for adjustment. For you, it should be line323. If you want to transfer to your spouse, adjustment should be filled by your spouse on line326. For this kind of credit, it deducts your lowest rate. It's probably about 21%.

Sorry. Forgot to let you know. You have to deduct first. If you have some amount of tuition left, you can transfer to your spouse. Actually,if it is just for lowest rate, it doesn't matter you deduct it or your spouse deduct it.
