We are currently seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to report to the Treasurer on their International Treasury team.
Job Description: Financial Risk Management:
. Responsible for the identification and quantification of all financial risk exposures including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
. Responsible for the development and recommendation of strategies related to management of financial risks identified above
. Heavily involved in the execution of hedging activities, with focus on foreign exchange hedging
. Responsible for the daily oversight of all trading activities including counter-party selection, trade execution and ensuring internal control processes are adequate
. Primary treasury contact with Corporate Accounting on issues related to hedging transactions including hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, financial note disclosures, etc
. Primary contact with operations providing support in negotiating foreign exchange related terms contained in customer/supplier contracts
Corporate Finance
. Assist the Corporate Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with capital structure modeling and long term capital structure planning
. Assist in the analyses and execution of financing transactions as required
. Primary treasury contact with internal and external auditors on issues related to financial risk management
Required Skills: . BCom / BA degree, CA or CFA
. 5-10 year Treasury experience
. Strong knowledge of key principles of the treasury function including corporate finance and risk management
. Strong Financial Modeling Skills
. Strong knowledge of financial markets and global treasury products
. Working knowledge of treasury accounting, SOX compliance, and related internal controls
