There is a big difference between "能说" and "多说". Capability is one thing, desire is another. It's always helpful to acquire the capability. On top of that, execise it with good judgement.

Excellent article, hoho, which could inspire many Chinese ppl, with all due respect, one fact that I can't agree is "make up experience", we should never fabricate our experience, because it is simply illegal, we can dress up our resume bytaking the courses or obtaining the certificates, but, we should not create anything that did not happen in the past of our work experience, the bottom line is not to create the company that we did not work for, not to extend the length of service time for the specific company
