somehow I disagree on this point. languages are a sort of living things, they are changing every day. For modern Chinese, we already learnt a lot from foreign language, and many from Japanese in the last 100 years.

Whose规则? Cantonese also has 规则. The problem is you don't understand it. 语言 is a tool of communication. 尊严 is an added value. We try grab 规则 to learn a 语言, but a 规则 should not restrict the 发展 of 语言.
