Suggestion: After eating each normal meal and controlled amount of snacks,brush your teeth and use dental floss immediately. Later whenever you have additional desire of eating extra snacks, you just think about that your teeth have been cleaned already. Then you will give up the mind of eating extra ones.😁

I believe you shouldn't need to worry about that since you exercise a lot regularly, as long as you keep an eye on the total amount of foods.
