普通圆锯的锯片才7寸半，我担心切砖深度和力量都不够。Concrete saw 的锯片直径感觉12-14寸了。

里外切就够了。那些开地下室墙的厚度是8寸，也是里外开。不够也没问题，用电锤顺着开好的缝隙凿开

用不着多方打听。直接给市政府电话说要举报，市政府会查。如果没Permit记录的话就会跟进。有些人不愿意靠自己房子这边有人出入。
