1，所有page的title都被忽略掉了，it's better to provide a <title> section in your page.
2, <HOMEPAGE>
I personally don't think the sentence "no flash required cos im a flash idiot" placed in your homepage is a good idea. 把自己的劣势写下来，而且是在主页的显要位置，个人认为不妥。The employer always wants you to have the capability using all kinds of software.
3,<PROFILE>
I noticed that you put some personal pictures on the profile section. Well, I would say it's not a good idea either. Especially if you are going to use this web site as a key for job hunting. If you do want to put some photos, you may choose those related to your work and study and skip those only showing your personal life.
4,<PORTFOLIO>
The icons linking to the big images don't have the same mouseover effect. When I move my mouse over those icons, some of them change the color from black&white to color mode while the rest of them keep in black&white.
5<CONTACT>
If I were you, I will keep my telephone number at the first line of the contact list. That's the way the HR people prefer to contact you because it's a easy and quick way for them. Then I will add my email address. It's better to give a link to the email address so that the guy reviewing your web page can give you a feedback by simply clicking on your email address. This is also a common way HR contact you. And at last put your address and post code. That's enough, no icq or other fancy stuff. Do you believe that the HR people will register an ID and chat to you on-line about your work? Actally using on-line chating system is forbidden in my company.
