I am a medical laboratory technologist in China. I want to know whether it will be easy to go on my profession in Canada. As far as i know, I should have my education assessed and study some refresh course to make my education equivalent to Canadaian standard. Then i can take exam to be registered as a technologist or technician. I am very glad to know that you work in the hospital and know many Chinese doctors working as lab technicians. It is very hard to meet a Chinese who work in the Canadian hospital in the internet. You are the first one i 've ever met. I am very eager to get information about lab technologist or technician in Canada and the possibility for me to work as a lab echnologist. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.

A女,若干年前来加。出来前已经拥有名牌学历和工作经验。来加后自然面临不被承认的问题。她毫不弃妥，先是读研，毕业后即找到工作。过几年又攻读美国的博士，现在San Francisco一家大医院工作，年薪十几万,美刀！

这个似乎特别了一些，但其中经历艰辛，早些年来的移民真的厉害！可以讲最近来的一个,也经努力得到了研究生的offer.

所以你看，还是要读书！不要望了，医生是加紧俏专业，前途很好，千万不要放弃！更不要想着去打工，that is exactly a waste of your life. Good luck!

Chinese medicine: not regulated yet, can open a clinic as you wish, not covered by OHIP. Dentist: regulated, must get a MD to practice in Canada. Western medicine: regulated, no chance to -1499728inc(bank); 2002-12-21 {409} (#929032@0)
practice in Canada again without a Canadian degree.

You may choose to take an exam directly toward MD licence, but the policy here is to protect local MD graduates. So, even you can pass the exam, you still have a slim chance to practice medicine here. I work at a hospital here. There are dozens Chinese doctors as lab technicians. That might be the best you can make it in Canada as a doctor from China.
