Western has specialized team and equipment to accomplish that. All you need to do as a team member is to go through the store shelves, count items and multiply the number by price tag. Western has regional offices across ontario. The nature of the job basically is skilled labour. You are required to understand simple English and be able to use a portable computer device to pouch numbers in.

Due to the level of salary, people come and leave frequently. You may have encountered an inexperienced supervisor who doesn't even understand HR basics. The questions they asked are certainly inappropriate. When encoutering such questions, you may say: "I'd rather not answer personal questions if you don't mind". These are stupid questions to me because, once you are hired, you will be required by CCRA to fill out a form for tax deduction purpose. On the form, you need to provide such information like your date of birth, marriage status, home address, and your SIN.

    what is your birthday? Are you married? What is your SIN number? How long have you been looking for a job?.......Could anybody give me a clue.....shold I trust them or not?
