And many of you had same feeling about this period of time.
However, something changed my mind recently. I realized it was still happening in term of opening, interviewing.
Firstly, one of my friend is electrical engineer. He's looking for some chances as a electrician or PLC engineer for quite a while. Last week he went to a interview/Test at outskirt of GTA. The company is a steel maker and they supposed to have many positions openning by Jan 2003. My friend just passed the test and going to 2nd interview tommorrow.
And, my counsin works for a company who make parts of cars. She also told me that her company recently started interviewing lots of candidates from QA to engineer. All are going to start from Jan 2003.
Believe or not? That's true.
I was told that lots employees would leave their company after Xmas break with their bonus(if have [:)]). So companies plan and start the hiring process ahead.
