An example could be like this: "I need to organize the material and blah blah blah( put PROBLEM here), Before start it, I checked the material catalog and talked to supervisor to make sure the way I am going to do the job is correctly and blah blah blah(ACTION here). Finally, I had the material organized as the company procedure specified and blah blah blah (RESULT here)
