I've been with this job for 2 years and 6 months (not really, I should say I'm still with this company but not thas job, I got promotion twice)
Since I only have a bachelor degree in economics, the officers felt the only job I could find was adm. assit, or clerk, etc, they recommended some MS office courses to me, suggested I start from junior jobs... I actually already had 8 years experience in supply management with international companies, but they didn't understand my background, I felt being humiliated. Anyway, my point is, if they want to be of help, they need more industrial background.
