When the girl grew older, she met more successful and rich business men. Those guys were excited about her too, and started to give her all luxury gifts such as GUCCI perfume, ROLEX watches or Hermes’s bags for her birthday gift, holiday gift or gift for any ordinary day. She wore all high-ends products from head to toe, and everyday was just a show time for her. Gradually, she changed her mind: “I am Sexy and Young, I deserve more from life. Marriage is not only for love; it should be a big package, including love, money and fame!
She dumped her boyfriend at age of 25, and started to date those successful business men. Her boyfriend was heartbroken: he already knew that day would come, but he just waited, like a prisoner waiting for the judge, for the final announcement.
She looked more sexy and happier. She dated Tom, a manager in the telecommunication company; she dated John, a HR manager in the bank;and Mr. Chen — the only successor of his big private company … she not only got a bigger net working but also learned many tricks of business. But she didn’t marry to any of them, she used to complain: I would marry to Chen only if he could be more handsome; or I would marry to Tom only if he could be more humorous… But, all of these might just be excuses, something was missing when she dated those business guys, but what was it?
Ten years passed…, twelve years passed, her ex - boyfriend has become a rich and successful business man with a happy family. But she, at age of 37, is still single and busy in looking for Mr. Right. And what kind of guys can she date for a marriage now? Guys from 37- 49! — I know it is brutal, but that’s the reality in China.
Her ex - boyfriend still takes care of her, helps her whenever she needs, but in a way like brother to sister. She still looks sexy and happy. But in her blog, you can read all sadness and regrets: she missed the best chance to marriage!
Well, life is not a show time, it is more like a marathon; and true love is not for showing off, it is more like a power that can help you go through your whole life, especially the harsh time.
