要减肥必须下猛药,控制吃喝,大量有氧训练提高基础代谢。短期的大强度减肥副作用肯定是有的,对我来说就是晚上睡眠不好,下午犯困。但是,减下来以后保持就容易多了,基础代谢提高了,提高点碳水摄入,坚持锻炼.
