Perpetrators because of homicide arrested
Markgröningen - in a Markgröninger company has come it to a deadly incident. A worker has knocked down his/its colleague and has strangled. The man has been arrested because of homicide meanwhile. Leave on for the dispute between the two co-worker, the search was according to statements of the police after spare parts presumably. The first verbal confrontations are escalated, finally the two started to fight. Then, the 27-year old Chinese threatened his/its 28-year old German adversary with a carpet-knife.
As a result the German has joined the 27-year old ground, it is called in the police-report. The Chinese fell, collided with the behind-head on a steel-palette and remained down. The 28-year old still choked him/it up to the motionless-ness, covered him/it with a tarpaulin then and pursued his/its work afterwards again.

As a result the German has joined the 27-year old ground, it is called in the police-report. The Chinese fell, collided with the behind-head on a steel-palette and remained down. The 28-year old still choked him/it up to the motionless-ness, covered him/it with a tarpaulin then and pursued his/its work afterwards again.
A co-worker of the company has found the victim of the dispute some hours later. During the investigations of the Kriminalpolizei at the scene of the crime, the 28-year old has given itself to recognize opposite the officials as perpetrators, it is called in the police-report further. In a first interrogation, the man has confessed the action.
According to statements of the Stuttgarter public prosecutor's office, the cause of death was through the 28-year old not the fall but the subsequent retch presumably. The temporary investigations have yielded this, Sabine Mayländer said, the speaker of the public prosecutor's office, yesterday on inquiry of the Stuttgarter newspaper. The man has a type of foremen in the company - functions had and has actually been to the time of the action in the vacation. It is not known that there have already been disputes between the two men in the past.

胡鹏所在工厂的中国学生是这么说的。。。
有两个说法，
唯一进行报道的电视台路德维希堡电视台说，两人争吵原因不明，后进行搏斗，德国人将胡鹏脖子掐住，猛击铁架，然后掐死，将尸体裹入地毯，扔入垃圾箱，四小时后被清洁女工发现，之后警察赶到，封锁工厂，一小时内擒住凶手。
警察的说法是，凶手用切地毯的刀击中胡朋头部，立即致死，后裹入地毯，扔入厕所间，四小时后被清洁女工发现。
工厂名叫Magna Naeher GmbH，从路德维希堡火车站乘532公共汽车，10分钟，Muenchinger Strasse站下，生产汽车内置地毯。现在还有七个中国学生工作，胡鹏上的是7点到4点的班，他们和胡鹏都不在一个车间，都没见过他。
警察还说，此凶手35岁，体壮力大，一贯歧视外籍工人，尤其是土耳其人。(工厂里土耳其人众多)
其他德国工友认为凶手比较另类，但据中国学生讲，他们是在为凶手找借口，减轻刑罚。
今天早上，一些德国工友甚至认为是normal(正常)的事。工厂里的外籍工人都对自己的安全担心。
新闻界对此事低调处理，令人很气愤！ 除路德维希堡外，其他地方很难知道一个中国学生被德国人杀害。
路德维希堡是一个小地区，只是斯图加特的一个卫星城。

谢谢大家，谢谢大家了。我为大家的情谊所感动，这里给大家磕头了。
我是胡鹏的叔叔，正在办理赴德手续。大使馆用传真将警察的通知发给了我们，通知上只是说在8月5日的一次争斗中胡鹏被打致死，犯人已经被捕。其他就没有说了。我们现在也不知道详情，我知道我的侄子是个很老实的孩子。我哥哥（胡鹏父亲）因悲痛住院，嫂子在医院照顾，所以他们不能赴德善后。如果我们能顺利办好签证，我们家族将去2至3人处理事件。我们不懂德语和德国的事情，也没有其他亲人在德国，就请各位多多照应，拜托了，请大家多多指点。
再次感谢大家。你们都是我们胡家的恩人。

一晚上SURF了新浪，文学城等等；居然只有人在欧洲和无名有这个消息。看来国人真是事不关己，高高挂起；事若关己，哭爹喊娘。
欧洲主要是单一民族国家，种族歧视肯定比美加这种移民国家严重。华人若无社团，处境一定更难。可叹中国政府根本就不拿人命当回事，要是美国公民出了事，美国政府要不管，可就是大事了。

近期德国的就业状况不好，排外情绪猛增。在这样一个有传统排外情绪的国家里，这种趋势是很危险的！欧洲的同胞们要小心了！
关于华人团体，俺还当了两天的本地学生学者联合会的副主席。但是，由于主席和其他的个别成员一切都是为了个人利益。本人不想同流合污，就不干了！！
中国人帮中国人，难啊！

中国大使馆发表的声明:
中国大使馆对中国学生胡鹏遇害感到震惊，对此事高度重视。8月6日，中国驻德使馆接到路德维希堡警方关于中国学生胡鹏被害的通知，立即向德方指出，中国学生胡鹏被害是一件严重的事件，中方对此极为关注，要求警方尽快提供胡遇害的详细报告，并依法严惩杀人凶手。
与此同时，使馆立即想国内报告此事件并通过各种途经，于死者国内亲属取得联系，协助胡的妻子和其它亲属办理赴德手续。
8月9日，使馆两名领事官员已专程赴路德维希堡，向当地警方交涉，明确提出两点要求：一，警方应尽快查明并公布事实真相，依法严惩杀人凶手；二，在胡的亲属到达德国之前，未经同意，德方不得擅自处理死者遗体。同日，使馆也向德外交部表示了中方对此案的关注，希德政府重视此事，依法处理此案。

胡鹏，男，年27岁，中国陕西人士。来德国一年多，于今年的3月份在基尔大学通过了难度非常高的PNdS语言考试，并且以2分的良好成绩免除口试。
据了解胡鹏的人反映，胡鹏是一个为人和善、乐于助人且非常好相处的人，实在无法想象他和人争斗，更无法相信的是音容笑貌仍在，人竟然这般的就去了……
和许多其它的留学生一样，胡鹏也是经过多年的寒窗苦读，又经过做公证、申请、面试、签证等等诸多程序和波折，怀着满腔抱负，千里迢迢来到德国求学。经过刻苦的努力，很快又通过了语言考试，然后想利用假期的时间打工为将要到来的新学期做准备，却未想这一去竟成了永别！
根本不敢想象其父母亲朋听到噩耗时的悲痛，更不敢想象的是他的父母怎么去面对这一切----养儿几十载呀，血缘情，骨肉亲，如今却突然的变成了阴阳相隔，人间最苦事，莫过于白发人送黑发人啊。
据悉，今日斯图加特警方已经结束了对胡鹏一案的取证，凶手已经确认；但是警方重申，他们没有权利做出任何结论，他们只是提取证据，然后会移交到检察机关和法院，进行相应的法律程序。
斯图加特报纸上所提供的信息有可能也只是来自凶手单方面的口供，因为整个过程只有死者及凶手两人在场，没有任何人可以证明胡鹏当时手上是否有所谓的“地毯刀”；但是经过验尸得出的结果是：当时胡鹏被推倒并撞到后脑的时候并没有立即死亡，而是凶手丧心病狂的把他掐死的。但是有熟知法律的人士指出：这点并不能完全确定能重判凶手，其中的漏洞是法官可以判定为过激的自卫行为而导致的精神紧张和失常。
中国未来的栋梁岂能如此的就白白送命？
“不严惩凶手，天理难容！”----胡鹏的同窗学友如是说。
