Two, you think it is the life you expect that you can go to "Morning tea" and "Coffee time" once a week? Give me break! Think of the life you had before. Have you ever thought you should bring your kids into Toronto Animal Zoo ($15/person) once a month (15*3=$45)? Have you ever brought your kids to Ontario Science Center ($18/person) (18*3=$54) twice a month? Have you ever brought your kids to the training classes like painting, swiming, violin, piano? How much those expenditures would cost you ($, $, $...)? I am typically one of the "shi"'s you refered to. I feel quite unfair the way I was treated by this system. Why? I have to pay the daycare fee and others for my kid, in addition to the taxes A, B, C, ...., whatever. After I paid all those shit stuff, the $ left in my pocket must have been roughly equal to those who earns $20000-$40000 annually and have more than one kid. Why, they can claim benifits A, B, C, ...., whatever, and the goverment pays their bills, such as childcare, etc. The goal of this system is to make the world look 'fair' by taxing the higher incomer and financing the lower incomer. All in all, you will get to understand a sentence that is popular in Canada: "I don't care". It implies or has something to do with "I don't need to study hard, work hard" because the goverment will take care of us. From that competiveness sense, "social unfairness" is one of major drivers of the entire sociaty.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
