life. Canada is not good place to make money, but it is good for retirement or semi-retirement. It is cheap and easy to live with. It is
so easy to survive. I have a colleague, his parent bought a house here and they back to HK. This guy driver BMW and try to spend all the money he makes here. HK is a capitailsm society. They know how to survive
in different situration much than us regardless up or down. Most of HK
people here are not rich guys. They are either small business owner or
labours in HK. All the money of them from HK went to both car or house.
Don't forget most canadian family only make 40K-60K. They have to pay tax, pay house, car,raise kids. For HKness is already better life than natives. Maybe HKness can clain social warefare and live in 500K house and driver BMW. As well as for them labour everywhere is the same. But
people from mainland china, most of them hold "Honor degree".
They thought they are higher than labour. But the world in canada
is different from Aisa. Acctually "professionals" and "waiter/waitress" are all labour. Selling your labour and get paid. All the jobs here are same.
Even garbage collectors here got higer pay than Post PHD In UofT.

Pitty thing! Uh! I will pursure PHD(learning to write thesis) or senior high (to learn english) after my retirement. There is no pressure on me. I can do whatever i want. So what! it is my life!!!更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net

      BROKER 以及经理助理都做过, 一直没觉得找工作困难. 现在她已经准备退休了, 一心一意在SENECA修读以前有兴趣却没时间学的课程, 但不久前又在CANADIAN TIRE找到一份PART TIME的核数师工作. 其实她一个大学文凭都没有, 有的只是丰富的工作经验和较高的英文水平. 我一直搞不懂, 香港人的适应能力是怎样炼成的

        food, and gas. I knew lots of people from hongkong. They bought
        house and cars after coming here. and find $7/hr job to work.
        They enjoy the life. However You came from mainland china.
        everything is on your own. You are going to buy house, car, raise kids.
        Sadly canada is not good place to make money. Hongkongness
        is not in the same level as ours.
