However, most recruiters don't know or don't bother to know different pension policies. To them, it is just standard package unless you raise this issue. In my experience of preparing offers for director & above positions, I never encountered anybody asking for pension equivalization. Maybe they are highly paid enough to ignore that. But I know we normal people care about pension (according to the statistics, pension is one of the top concerns of employees).
That being said, exceptions could be made for exceptional talents. If you do want to emphasize it, make sure they are really interested in you. Timing wise, tell them when they ask for your current salary information. Be proactive.
Note: Some recruiters are not good at numbers or don't know compensation well, telling them all information as you deem appropriate when they ask for salary. Never wait until they've offered you something and find out something is missing from the calculation.
