Otherwise the pressure of inflation will be great. If get rid of the percentage caused by real estate price, how much left? In my hometown, everyone looks richer (after real estate market goes crazy), but less and less factories and businesses left, even the private factories bankrupted a lot.
--- I don’t agree. Inflation does not mean a bad thing. Otherwise band of Canada won’t change its inflation rate target from 0 to 2% inflation rate. Secondly, I don’t have any idea about the macro currency issue of China. If you have any data, will you mind sharing it? From my own experiences, people in my hometown have a better life now. For another point of yours, I think it is normal for some private businesses to go bankrupted. It is pretty normal in any market.
政府经济政治开放 --- this is a good point. In a police country (Taiwan used to be), nobody will feel safe even a rich man. China has a long long way to go before it arrived at current status of Taiwan.

制造业和服务业都迅速发展 --- There was a great time for manufacturing to develop in china a few years ago. But things have changed a lot. Higher human resource cost, cost to bribe govenment officers, high cost on real estate price make small business hardly survive. Currently in many cities only those big businesses who gained special support from government can stand. High real estate price will hurt industry. It's a common sense. The biggest industry these years is actually construction.
---How costly? Even the salary of the workers rises 50% or even double, the competitiveness is still very obvious. II would say that the total cost is higher than before but it is still very competitive. One thing that the Chinese government should do is raise the salaries of the migrant workers dramatically.
