But if they cannot find a chance (they have to have these abilities too) to step up and chance their roles successfully, they will be laid-off sooner than in NA. The huawei people who earned 400K is asking if he should go to canada. He knew pretty well that he cannot find a job in canada to compete his 400K income in china. But he concerned about how long can he earn 400K in china. It could be one year, or 2 year, but he has no confidence to earn another 10 years as he is 36-year-old.
