1.这里说一下，我写的所有小作文，主要有如下几个目的，以后不再重复：
1.1为以后的打工人依法维权提供经验教训，或者说是血泪史。
1.2谈谈我自己对加拿大法律、加拿大司法体系、运作的看法、体会。
我是新来的，就像初进大观园，都不敢说是刘姥姥，估计连板儿都不如，所以各种舛误、误解，甚至基于自身立场问题，曲解也是少不了的。
大家指出来，只要是提供论据、论证，不管是基于考虑，我都会认真的看，虚心的听取，保证听到，说得对的，一定听取，保证当众认错。
但是，这个帖子，不是写给大统华的水军看的，更不是写给不讲逻辑，只讲结论，不提供论据、论证的人看的。当然，言论自由，你可以继续攻击、谩骂我是无赖。
我一开始上网，就被粉红、碰瓷、刁民、大陆人打台湾人、建党支部、秘密战线各种扣帽子，不差你们这点。
2.对于我这样的底层打工人，尤其大统华很多的大哥大姐，如果走法律程序，没钱请律师，一大障碍，就是英语问题。写诉状等书面材料，可以谷歌翻译，chatGPT，但是，开庭的时候，证人质证，没法用这些，需要人工翻译。
3.翻译问题，引起我的重视，是因为大统华的律师在给劳动关系委员会的邮件里面，说了两件事情：
3.1大统华有证人出庭，证人英语说不好，需要翻译，原文引用：
In anticipation of the hearing, the Responding Party intends to call witnesses who are not able to communicate fluently in English. In accordance with the OLRB’s Notice to the Community –
Interpretation Services, the Responding Party will retain a third-party ATIO-certified interpreter to provide accurate and reliable interpretation, including verbatim interpretation of each witness’s testimony where it is required, during the hearing of the above-noted matters.
为了大统华不懂英语的大哥大姐看懂，简单翻译：在即将举行的听证会上，被申请人打算传唤一些不能流利地用英语交流的证人。根据OLRB发布的《社区告示 - 口译服务》，被申诉方将聘请一名第三方的ATIO认证口译员，为上述事项的听证会提供准确可靠的口译服务，包括在需要时对每位证人的证词进行逐字口译。
3.1提醒刁民哥也找个翻译：
The Responding Party is aware the Applicant is not able to communicate fluently in English and as such, expects the Applicant will also retain a third-party ATIO-certified interpreter for the purposes of giving testimony and participating in the hearing of the above-noted matters.
翻译：
被申请人知道申请人不能流利地用英语交流，因此，他们期望申请人也聘请一名第三方的ATIO认证口译员，以便在上述事项的听证会上作证和参与。
4.刁民哥知道自己英语不好，但是之前不打算找翻译。因为，刁民哥失业在家，EI被拒，有饭吃就不错了，没钱请律师，更没钱请翻译。
至于英语不好，就慢慢讲呗，不知道怎么讲的，现场用中文写好，谷歌翻译或者chatGPT翻译为英文，照着念呗，英语单词，刁民哥还认识几个的。
至于对方讲的、法官讲的听不懂，请对方讲慢点，多讲几遍；实在不行，请他们写出来，然后刁民哥请谷歌翻译或者chatGPT翻译出来呗。
活人不能让尿给憋死！总不能为了个英语，就忍气吞声吧！！
5.但是，因为有证人要为刁民哥出庭，而证人和刁民哥一样，英语不行。刁民哥自己脸皮厚，但是要尊重刁民哥自己的证人，翻译就必须要了。需要翻译，但是又没钱，咋办？幸好，英语好的朋友，愿意不要钱，为刁民哥出庭当翻译。
6.关于开庭的翻译，委员会2022年4月发布的通告说：
The Board offers French interpretation for its mediation meetings and hearings. The Board will provide a sign language interpreter (American Sign Language, langue des signes québécoise) or real time captioning for anyone participating in a proceeding who has a hearing impairment
Parties who require the services of an interpreter for a language other than French or sign language are required to arrange for their own interpreters at their own cost.
只提供英法和手语翻译，其他的翻译，包括中文翻译，当事人自己想办法。
英语法语，是人家的官方语言；手语，体现对残疾人的保护。没有任何问题，刁民哥坚决认同。
通告同时说
Interpreters will be asked to affirm their knowledge of English and the other language, and their commitment to provide accurate and reliable interpretation of the Board's proceedings, including verbatim interpretation of a witness's testimony.
没说需要外部认证的翻译，但是要求翻译能够提供准确、可靠的翻译。准确、可靠，是个主观判断，人言人殊。这一点，后面再说。
7.今天早上，给委员会提交说明（和大统华一样，不是申请，是告知委员会），同时发送大统华律师一份，原文引用如下（为了练英语，我自己先写，然后请ChatGPT修改）
Regarding the hearing scheduled for April 11, 2024, or any rescheduling determined by the Board, it is noted that the applicant will have witness present who are not fluent in English. Additionally, the applicant himself cannot effectively communicate in English, as he has been in Canada for less than two years.
It is important to mention that, as per the OLRB’s Notice to the Community – Interpretation Services issued in August 2022, the Board does not provide interpretation services in Chinese. Despite this, the applicant has highlighted that, due to false allegations made by the responding party, he is unable to afford a third-party ATIO-certified interpreter as the responding party claims to be the largest Chinese supermarket in Canada.
Therefore, for the hearing, the applicant intends to enlist the assistance of a trusted friend who can accurately and reliably interpret for both the applicant and his witness. It is understood that the applicant will assume all legal responsibilities arising from the interpretation provided by this individual.
核心意思如下：
7.1刁民哥有证人出庭，证人和刁民哥一样，英语不行。但是，刁民哥被违法开除了，没钱请第三方认证的翻译，只能安排一个朋友当翻译。不像大统华，自我宣称的加拿大第一华人超市，有钱请翻译。
7.2朋友没有外部认证，但是刁民哥认为朋友的翻译是准确、可靠的。关键是，刁民哥自行承担翻译所产生的所有法律后果，责任自负。不准确、不可靠，刁民哥自己承担责任，解决是否准确、可靠的人言人殊，主观判断问题。
8.个人认为，大统华不会英语的大哥大姐，好多都是随子女来的，子女的英语非常好。不想花钱请翻译，子女为自己的父母上庭当翻译，这个方法，可行，具备可操作性。
