做印度馕餅 Naan - 烙餅的時候馕鼓起像個小氣球
Indian Naan - it puffs up like a little balloon when grilled
材料:
麵粉2.5杯(350公克), 酵母1茶匙, 糖1茶匙, 鹽0.5茶匙, 橄欖油1湯匙, 原味酸奶3/4杯
Ingredients
All purpose flour 2.5 cups (350 g), Yeast 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp , Salt 0.5 tsp,
Olive oil 1 tbsp, Plain yogurt 1/3 cup
把所有材料加入攪拌機碗裡
Add all ingredients to mixer bowl
攪拌5-6分鐘
Mix for 5-6 minutes
麵團發酵40分鐘左右至2倍大
Let the dough ferment for about 40 minutes until doubled in size
拿出麵團,揉一下面,排氣
Take the dogh out and Knead it for a while and release the air
將麵團分成8份
Divide the dough into 8 portions
將每個小麵團擀開
Roll out each small piece of dough
鑄鐵鍋塗上食用油放在爐子上加熱
Coat a cast iron pan with cooking oil and place it on the stove to heat
把擀平的麵餅放到燒熱的鍋上,炉子调到中小火
Place the flattened dough on the heated pan, turn the stove to medium-low heat
翻動麵餅,雙面加熱
Flip the flattened dough and heat on both sides
過一會兒,熱鍋上的麵餅開始充氣鼓起來
After a while, the naan on the heated pan starts to puff up
最後馕餅鼓起象個小氣球
The naan puffs up like a little balloon
把其它幾個馕餅都烤好了
All other naan are done in the same way
香噴噴的馕做好了
