先交代一下,今天收到安省劳工部调查员的邮件,说是大统华在12月7日已经把调查报告发给相关方。这个报告纸质版,我上周通过canada post已经收到。电子版在被开除那天,也和解聘信电子版一起收到。给调查员回邮件,申请任命独立第三方进行调查。这个邮件,是第一次不用谷歌翻译,不用chatgpt,独立用英语写信(就查了不会的单词)。
家里人说,很多Chinglish。这个是当然的。发出来的目的,是请网友们帮我改,我觉得这是提高英语写作最好的办法:写,请高手改,然后膜拜并学习,下一次就用。另外,邮件里面说的hr,在邮件里面我指出其名字,便于调查员调查。但是。这里我把名字去掉了。除了我举报的两个人,其他人的隐私要尊重的(违反的人,对其违法行为不得享有隐私权,我认为)。
所以,大家不用顾虑,尽情嘲讽我的英语水平吧,保证不告你们,哈哈。如果能顺便帮我指出怎么改,就更好了。在此先行谢过大家!!

1.The report you mentioned may be the one I got from Canada Post,which T&T mailed through Canada post.
The report is in Chinese, and is the same to the report T&T have given to me in Email, that report I have emailed to you.This report is about my complaint of the store manager,William zhao ,who signed on your field report and threaten me , kicker me out of the employee webchat group.In this report ,it mentioned I can not talk about the law of Ontario,the police of T&T concerning workplace harassment,so, William zhao kicking me is right.According to the constitution of Canada and the law of Ontario,I think I can share with my colleague about the law and the policy,so,the acts of William zhao is definitely unacceptable,and the result of T&T' investigation is illegal.
2.the other complain of Patricia 'harassment on me, T&T have given to me the report through email,which is in Chinese and I also emailed to you.In that report, T&T kept silence about the evidence I provided.That evidence is a audio recording of a meeting ,which the HR adviser of T&T, recorded with both agreement and emailed me.In that audio recording, William zhao
acknowledged ,when Patricia said the words to me ,He was there then ,but he thought it's just a joke, which I don't think was a joke and definitely acceptable and was against the Occupational Health and Safety Act,which forbids workplace harassment.
Above these and the response T & T took on me for my complaint to the Ministry of Labour, I don't think as an employer,T$T can handle my comlaint justly!
According to Sec.55.3 (1) Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.1:
An inspector may in writing order an employer to cause an investigation described in clause 32.0.7 (1) (a) to be conducted, at the expense of the employer, by an impartial person possessing such knowledge, experience or qualifications as are specified by the inspector and to obtain, at the expense of the employer, a written report by that person.
so, as a inspector, whether you can order T&T appoint an impartial person to investigate my two complaint?what can I do to accelerate the investigating?
What I am eagering is just the JUST of law,not anyting else!!!
3.As to T&t dismissing me .Yes, It's a reprisal definitely. And I have contacted the office of the worker advisor, you know we have not Unioned even T&T has got its 30 anniversary and waiting for their response,I will complain to the Ontario labour relation board.
