服从部门安排，让干啥干啥，也愿意提出工作的想法（虽然大部分都不靠谱，都是馊主意），缺点是：男同志嘛，干活毛糙点（哈哈，我作为钢铁直男，认为是在夸我）。。。奖金是50块，我直接贴了25块，合计75块，当时去Tim Hortons，英语很烂，不会说，指着所有的点心，each，two，哈哈，那种土豪样，现在想起来都爽，我一直以来的理念，吃就要吃得爽。。。。
另外，优秀员工是各部门轮流，那个月，我运气好，恰好轮到我们部门，副主管说我运气好，转正当月指标轮到produce。还有另外一个还是两个部门也有，所以我翻译成优秀员工，而不是上面说的最佳员工（最佳只有一个，不准确。）。
挑出一个二星评的，当然也有四五星评的。
Poor Management
Overall, T&T Supermarket Inc. provides good opportunities for new immigrants from Asia to work in Canada while their English skills may not be proficient. Store Management, at least in the store I worked at, seemed to be rather poor. Some Managers eat and play games in the office frequently, while the Store Manager simply ignores it. As the staff and management are mostly comprised of Chinese folks, the work culture is very similar to that of China's and is vastly different from Canada's. Fairness is sometimes very difficult to find. The company does VERY little for its employees. Almost nothing next to the bare minimum required by law. There are barely any "benefits" to speak of, they cut every corner to ensure that the company earns its maximum potential. Even the uniforms keeps getting cheaper and cheaper when you thought they couldn't possibly cut another cent on their uniforms, and then they even go on to start charging you for it. Job security is good but advancement is difficult because of the work culture. I was very fortunate to have had a great team of co-workers and Managers, but from what I have experienced and felt, I would not recommend T&T Supermarket to anyone other than new immigrants.
