吼同事属于workplace harassment。如果对同事的态度不满,第1次就要提出来,口头的,不改第2次就发邮件,把事实摆清楚。还不改,就投诉给人事或上级(要基于事实陈述+你的主观感受),他们对workplace的safety是有法律责任的,一般不会不管。本来是你同事不对,用吼对方的方式会对自己非常不利,起不到出气的效果。万一对方脆弱点儿,看个医生,说在工作中被谁谁谁吼了后再也睡不着了。。。讹一把怎么办哪。像这样的同事就要抓事实用calm的方式反击,不能意气用事。

- Withholding information
- Spreading rumors, gossip
- Requesting the performance of a task inferior to a person’s competencies that is demeaning or belittling
