        Marco Mendicino 和他两个助手来到现场。车队律师Miller认出其中一人是Alex。他和Mendicino的Email做为证据提交，但都给涂黑了。按法律，工作人员之间的email不可以redacted。Millers趁休息前提出招Alex作证，目的应该是你不给我看我就直接问人。法官说休息后再决定。休息期间，Alex披上衣服就跑了。休息后，Miller估计火大，和法官争起来，被法官赶出现场。当然，下午又回来了。
