这家的股价现在是当初上市价的一半，比最高点跌去了大约2/3，没工作的新毕业生去去无妨，跳槽的要三思。去年巴菲特木头姐都捧过它，现在木头姐自己赔得也够惨。

一般的工作跳槽去的话基本工资不会变少，股票就是白捡的，如果后面涨回高点，现在就算只拿10万股票也会变成30多万。

Snowflake是个很不错的产品，比微软的数据产品强太多。snowflake 最近又有不少新的功能已经在preview phase. 很欣赏这家公司脚踏实地的工程师做法。
