To lead all construction and retrofit jobs with Profit & Loss responsibility; working with various project management to ensure that projects are completed within schedule, budget, quality standards and compliance to contractual specifications. Develop an operating plan and annual budget consistent with company objectives for profit and growth. Manage execution to achieve established goals
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship between the customer and the Company. Execute an effective communication plan in order to avoid problem, answer questions, keep the customer informed and resolve issues during the job. Provide leadership in achieving customer satisfaction
Degree in Engineering and/or MBA. Minimum 12-15 years related experience in the engineering and construction industry, with the last seven years in project management (preferably with a multi-national company) on various aspects of building services. Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills. Excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills. Up-to-date knowledge on the relevant software requirements
Country FMS Manager
Under general direction, manages the business Facility Management Solution (FMS) line of business to support business development and deliver FMS services to multiple clients in China (accounts) to ensure:
-Excellence in customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships by focusing on responsiveness and communications as well as on meeting and/or exceeding customer’s expectations.
-Financial excellence by focusing on planned targets for revenue, gross margin, operating assets and growth. Operational excellence by focusing on responsiveness, service delivery, quality and productivity. Competent and qualified resource readiness and availability.
-Plan and meet business revenue, gross margin and ROA.
-Resources planning, development and succession plan.
-Provide leadership and knowledge management.-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification.
Ten years experience, service industry experience within facility management field preferred.
Must have proven profit and loss management track record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
