If you are a structure engineer, the building codes are different. Unless you have a degree here or pass civil engineering exam here, you may not be able to find a job as engineer. You need to have the "iron ring" (license) to design large, complex structure here.

In any case, the chance of finding a matching position as you have in China is slim.
